What is BIG SUMMER BOUNCE?

BIG SUMMER BOUNCE is a fun-filled summer kids experience featuring giant inflatables that they have unlimited access to for the whole 2 hour timeslot.

Where and when does the event take place?

BIG SUMMER BOUNCE is a touring event. Details on venues, dates, and session times can be found on our homepage and booking system.

Do I need a ticket for everyone in my group?

Yes - all attendees entering the event grounds, including adults accompanying children, must hold a valid ticket. Infants under 12 months may enter free but still need a valid ticket.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

All tickets must be purchased online in advance of the session start time.

What happens if I miss my session start time?
Late arrivals may still enter after the session has started but session end times will not change. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your session time to make the most of your experience.

What activities are included in my ticket?
Your ticket gives access to all inflatable zones within your session slot.

Are socks required for inflatable areas?
Yes - socks are mandatory for all inflatable areas to ensure safety and hygiene. We recommend grip socks if you have them.

Is there a height or age limit for attractions?
Children up to the age of 13 are welcome to bounce, but some zones may have recommended age/height guidelines for safety. Parents should supervise children at all times.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, weather‑appropriate clothing, layers are best.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes - BIG SUMMER BOUNCE welcomes you to bring your own picnic's although a variety of food and drink vendors will be available onsite.

What happens if it rains?
Outdoor attractions may be affected by heavy rain or unsafe conditions. In such cases, BIG SUMMER BOUNCE reserves the right to delay, postpone, or adjust activities and will offer re‑entry or rescheduling where possible.

Is first aid available onsite?
Yes first aid facilities and trained staff will be onsite throughout the event. For serious medical emergencies, professional services will be contacted immediately.

Are there facilities for young children?
Yes there will be a separate under 5 zone. Children using this zone must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. 

Is the event accessible?
BIG SUMMER BOUNCE aims to be as accessible as possible. Please contact the festival team ahead of time if you require specific support or accessibility accommodations.
