TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets and participation in BIG SUMMER BOUNCE (“Event”). By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. DEFINITIONSIn these Terms:“Event” means BIG SUMMER BOUNCE and all associated activities, attractions, entertainment, performances, and facilities.“Ticket” means any entry pass purchased by an attendee for attendance at the Event.“Organiser” means the promoter and operator of the Event.“Attendee” means any person entering the Event with a valid ticket.

 

2. TICKETS & PURCHASE

2.1 Tickets are sold subject to availability and may be withdrawn or limited at any time.

2.2 All ticket sales are final and non‑refundable, except as required by law or expressly provided in these Terms.

2.3 Tickets cannot be resold or offered for resale without Organiser’s written permission. Any resale may be cancelled without refund.

2.4 The Organiser may require proof of identity when a ticket is purchased, sold, or used.

 

3. ENTRY & ADMISSION

3.1 Attendees must present a valid ticket on arrival. Entry may be denied without a refund if a ticket is invalid, copied, or fraudulent.

3.2 Entry is only permitted during the session time printed on your ticket.

3.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or incompatible with the event.

 

4. TICKET USE & BEHAVIOUR

4.1 Tickets are for personal use only and must not be used for advertising, promotions, competitions, sweepstakes, or other commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4.2 Attendees must comply with all Event rules, staff instructions, and health & safety directions.

4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission if an attendee’s behaviour endangers others or breaches these Terms.

 

5. HEALTH, SAFETY & SUPERVISION

5.1 Attendance and participation in activities are at your own risk. You acknowledge that inflatable zones, activities, and festival environments carry inherent risks.

5.2 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

5.3 The Organiser may amend, close, or restrict access to any area, ride, or activity for safety, weather, or operational reasons.

 

6. WEATHER & EVENT CHANGES

6.1 The Event is held outdoors and may be affected by weather conditions. The Organiser may modify, delay, suspend, or cancel all or part of the Event without liability.

6.2 In the event of cancellation due to weather, refunds or replacements may be issued at the Organiser’s discretion.

 

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

7.1 By attending the Event, you grant the Organiser a perpetual licence to use photographs, video, audio, and likenesses captured at the Event for promotional, commercial, or other purposes without compensation.

7.2 Personal photography for non‑commercial use is permitted unless otherwise restricted by event signage or staff.

 

8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED TICKETS

8.1 The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.

8.2 Replacement tickets may be provided at the Organiser’s discretion and may incur a fee.

 

9. ACCESSIBILITY & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

9.1 Attendees with accessibility requirements should contact the Organiser in advance to arrange any support.

9.2 The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs but cannot guarantee all requirements can be met.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser and its partners, agents, and contractors will not be liable for loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from attendance at the Event.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

 

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your attendance at the Event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

The Organiser may revise these Terms at any time.

The latest version will be published on the official Event website.
